Return, Refund & Cancellation


Standard Returns for Stationery Products

We accept returns for stationery products up to 28 days after dispatch, provided the goods are in their original, marketable condition.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@reads.ie to request a returns document.
  2. Print and attach the document to your parcel.
  3. Return the goods to us with all relevant paperwork enclosed.

Important Notes:

  • Return postage costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or the goods are faulty.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.



Custom-Printed Products
(Design Online or Use Your Own Design Services)

Due to the bespoke nature of custom-printed products, these items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or an error has been made by us.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all designs, copy, and images are correct before placing an order. Any mistakes in submitted designs cannot be refunded.
  • Minor colour variations between on-screen previews and printed materials are an inherent limitation of the printing process and are not considered defects.

When We Will Provide a Refund or Replacement:

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or significantly differs from the approved design, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Standard Stationery Products

  • Orders for standard stationery products can be cancelled prior to dispatch. To cancel, contact info@reads.ie with your order details as soon as possible.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, the return policy will apply, and the customer will bear the cost of returning the items unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

Custom-Printed Products

  • Orders for custom-printed products cannot be cancelled once the design process or production has commenced.
  • If you need to cancel before production begins, please contact info@reads.ie immediately. Cancellation may not be possible if the production stage has started.
